1. Temp Set : Max 260℃.

   Temp Adjustment is available

   during roasting coffee.



 

2. Current Temp : Outlet Temp sensor

    is placed on the left  of the body

    and it indicates outlet temp.

 

 

 


3. Time Set : Max 30Min. 

   Time adjustment is available

   during roasting coffee.

5. Preheat : CBR 1200 needs just 2 ~4 minutes for preheat, on the contrary to most roaster needs around 20~30 minutes for preheat.

8. Cooling :  Automatic Cooling for 4 min, and you can control On/Off by manual too.

  

Coffee Roast Start



 

 

 

Step A

Main Power On

Main Power on and turn on the blue

dial(Right).

 

 

 

 

 

 



Step B

Turn On Cooler

/ Heater1, 2

Please turn on all of the buttons of Cooler, Heater 1, 2

 

Step C

Preheat to 230℃

Press Red Dial for preheating

the chamber(Drum) (Caution : Be sure 

that you should stand the hopper up.)

You hear Beep Sound when reaches

at 230℃.

As the photo, actual chamber

temperature (Analogue Temp)

has differences from displayed

temperature on the monitor. 

 



Step D

Insert Green Beans

Open the safety cover and place

the hopper as shown.

Insert green beans in the hopper.

Max 1kg is available, but we

recommend 900g for one batch

of roast. 

 


Step E

Set Temp / Time

Set and Adjust Time and Temp by dials.

 

Step F

Insert Beans in the chamber

Press Red Dial again longer to

see “Insert”. 

You turn right the lever of the

hopper to Insert green beans

into the chamber. 


 

Step 

Roast Coffee Beans :

Lift up the hopper and close

the safety cover. 

Set Time / Temp then press Red

dial again longer to hear “Beep” 

Sound to start roasting coffee beans. 

Step H

Finish Roasting

You can hear another Beep

Sound 2minutes ago before

roast end. 


Step I : Cooling

Automatically roasted beans

go down to the arrow as the

right photo to the cooling tray.

If you want to stop roasting

immediately, you can press Red

dial longer to finish roasting.

Then beans go down to the

cooling tray.

Step J

Relocating Chamber

Press Red Dial and the

chamber will rotate and

the chamber shutter will

close when roasting


is 
finished.

Continuous Roast

cooling is operating.
